The necklace is styled with an open bright polished prezel shaped Heart charm with a genuine bezel set Round Brilliant Cubic Zirconia. The Heart measures approximately 5/8" long with a hidden bale which slides on an 18" sterling silver cable link chain with a lobster claw clasp. The entire piece is bright rhodium platinum finished for tarnish resistance and extra white lustre. Weight: 4.3 gr.
